Support for Natural Protected Areas

We collaborate in strengthening the governance and operation of the Natural Protected Areas of northwestern Mexico.

Strategic focuses

1. Apply international methodologies to collaborate in the definition and evaluation of effectiveness indicators and the development of ecological evaluation sheets; promote the strategic use of information for management and operation of Natural Protected Areas.

2. Strengthen the management of Natural Protected Areas through the design of management programs, strategic plans, public use programs, support for advisory councils, institutional coordination, and protocols for attention to environmental contingencies.
